Northeast Security places strong emphasis on a comprehensive and detailed training program for all security personnel.  We believe that such a complete training program leads directly to improved performance, significantly enhances employee retention, creates a solid framework for employee development, and contributes notably to a positive client relationship.  Training is delivered in a variety of ways including through classroom lecture, role playing, online training, and written examinations to name a few.
