Emergency Preparation and Planning
Northeast Security designs Emergency Action Plans designed to cover all non-fire related emergencies. We carefully distinguish between the preparation of Fire Safety Plans and Emergency Action Plans. We know how important it is to maintain a secure environment for your tenants and understand the complexity of this task for each high rise or residential building.

Northeast Security specializes in security audits and assessments and will make recommendations through formal security surveys.
Life Safety/Emergency Response Training
Northeast Security recently launched an initiative to install AED's (Automatic External Defibrillators) on-site at many of our clients' properties. If the need arises, an occupant of a workspace protected by Northeast Security with an on-site defibrillator can be resuscitated by a trained Northeast Security employee.
Patrols- Vehicle and Perimeter
Northeast Security employs field supervisors who conduct inspections of properties on a daily basis for Clients that may or may not use regular security coverage. Documentation of these inspections is reviewed daily by the operations managers, with summary reports to executive management.
Security Equipment Recommendations
Northeast Security has established strategic partnerships with vendors in the local market who sell and service such equipment and systems. We have no fiduciary relationship with these vendors. They remain on our recommended list only so long as they provide our customers with top quality service at competitive prices. We are ready to provide recommendations for your facility.

In addition to routine assessments and recommendations such as these which you will receive as a part of the normal delivery of our service, we also have the ability to provide formal security surveys and assessments, as well as a full range of security consulting services, through our wholly owned subsidiary company, Northeast Intelligence Group.

Northeast Security stays abreast of all new developments in security training. As a part of normal delivery of service, we pass this information along to our Clients. However, we can provide specialized, topic specific security awareness training/lectures, and classes for any facility.
